Planning Projects

Construction begins in 2022 on the amphitheatre outdoor event complex, with tiered lawn seating capacity of 5,000, located within the 66-acre Veterans Memorial Park.
The 15-acre wellness village project is slated to break ground in 2023 with a projected opening of the facility by 2025. This will be the largest capital project in the history of Central Merritt Island.
