72 Missions in 2023 – That’s Why We’re the Space Coast

January 4, 2024 – Setting a record-breaking pace for 2023, with many predicting much more for this year, 72 orbital missions launched from either Kennedy Space Center or Cape Canaveral Space Force Station in 2023.

This year will very likely surpass this record, with some predicting a pace of two launches a week by the end of the year.

2023: 72 Space Coast launches in 2023 (updated Dec. 28) | 59 from Cape Canaveral, 13 from KSC | 68 from SpaceX (63 Falcon 9s, 5 Falcon Heavy), 3 from United Launch Alliance (1 Delta IV Heavy, 2 Atlas V), 1 from Relativity Space | 3 human spaceflights (Crew-6, Ax-2, Crew-7)
