PUBLIC MEETING NOTICE
Pursuant to Section 286.011, Florida Statutes, notice is hereby given that the Merritt Island Redevelopment Agency Board of Directors, serving as the Brownfields Advisory Committee/Selection Committee for RFP-0001-2025 (MERRITT ISLAND REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY GRANT WRITING AND ENVIRONMENTAL CONSULTING, PLANNING, AND ENGINEERING SERVICES), will be holding a Selection Committee meeting.
The Selection Committee will convene on December 1, 2025, at 9 a.m. in the second floor conference room of the Central Brevard County Service Complex, 2575 North Courtenay Parkway, Merritt Island, Florida, 32953.
If a person desires to appeal any decision made by the Selection Committee with respect to any matter considered at this meeting, such a person will need a record of the proceedings and that, for such proposals, such person may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, at his/her own expense, which record includes testimony and evidence upon which any such appeal is based.
In accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act and Section 286.26, Florida Statutes, persons needing special accommodations or an interpreter to participate in the proceeding should notify MIRA staff no later than 48 hours prior to the meeting at 321.454.6610.
